I just got back from a girls weekend in Chicago. Pretty sad, this is the first chance that I have had to get the pics online. Thankfull for a camera phone and flickr, I sent pictures here all weekend. I hope that you noticed. To see the rest of the Chicago pics, click on the condo.

Daelin's birthday part was a success! The Bramen Hill Skate Park is a perfect place for an 8 year old party! The only condition...."Bring Wheels!" But of course, typical 8 yo boy imaginations found the balloons that we were going to use to decorate. A full blown water balloon fight broke out!! Perfect Day, Perfect Party! I found this cartoon appropriate for the day before school starts. It is a beautiful sunny 75 degree day, here in northern Michigan. Do you think that I could drag my kids to the beach? Well, at least one of them, unfortunately he is the one that is too little to leave home alone. I can't wait for school to start.

OK...I am a little happier about my site. As usual, I got very obessive about it. It is a beautiful holiday weekend, and I have been inside trying to perfect this site. So here it is for now.......imperfections and all. I am off to the beach to drink beer and worship the sun. Two of my favorite activities. Daelin is bouncing off the walls, it is time to get outta here...........

I have been so busy trying to come up with a new design for my website, that I have not entered any posts lately. I get so damn obsessed with it. I see some really cool blogs out there, and want one just like it. I know that I can do it, but it takes a while to figure it out. And time to figure out a site, I do not have. I know there are just a ton of you out there waiting for my site...but you are just gonna have to wait.
